Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello guys,

Today I called USCIS to ask if I could get any info regarding my canceled April 20 interview being rescheduled. As you may know, there is a source saying that USCIS resumed interviews since June 17. I also saw a member or two saying they had interviews rescheduled.
The agent who responded was very polite and helpful. She said that USCIS started with emergency cases related to Covid 19 on June 4th as we know, BUT ALSO that they have recently started to reschedule interviews.
Therefore, this means the news on Internet indicating USCIS began to reschedule interviews is correct.
I asked if this is valid for all offices, and she said that it is correct that all field offices are beginning their interviews being rescheduled.
However, she said the interviews are rescheduled according to their order, and I still have a month of interviews that are to be rescheduled ahead of me.
Another very important point is to note: She said that EXECUTIVE ORDER IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE USCIS AND NOTHING CHANGED UNDER THE EXECUTIVE ORDER.

For now, there is nothing I can do but to wait.
It would be better if more of us call USCIS and try to get more information if field offices have really begun rescheduling interviews. This was all I could find out today.
