Can I renew EAD without valid DL?
Hi all,
I'm going to submit renewal of my current EAD/AP (pending 485)
Looked up online, renewing EAD will need:
1. A copy of your current EAD
2. A copy of your I-94 form (front and back), a print-out of your electronic I-94 form, your passport, or any other available travel document
3. Two identical passport photographs
4. If you are an I-485 green card adjustment of status applicant, provide evidence that you have a pending AOS petition with the USCIS (e.g. a copy of your I-485 form receipt notice).
5. A copy of a valid government-issued identity document
Problem is my DL already expired and I don't have other government-issued ID other than a foreign passport and my EAD
DMV only gave me an interim DL when I went to renew my expired one since I don't have green card (it's a temporary DL without photo)
I wonder if that will work or not? If not, what document can I provide in my renew pack?
