From the official article, it said, an interview waiver is applicable for an H1 visa as long as the Canadian PR has a prior visa “ANY TYPE”. When I submitted my questions, I was asked to mail documents instead of an interview. Am I eligible for an interview waiver or I may get a rejection to attend an in-person interview?
