Card is being produced
Hello everyone,
this forum kept me sane through this whole process. So now my story:

pd date: 08/01/2018
First expedite request assigned to an officer: 21/02/2018
NO ANSWER
Second expedite assigned to an officer: 28/02/2018
The same day answer to send proof of financial loss and job offer.
The evidence was sent 02/29/2018
THEN NOTHING AGAIN
Third expedite request: 03/06/2018
They send RFE on 19/03/2018
RFE answered on 11/04/2018
Fourth expedite request 04/16/2018
AND FINALLY TODAY 04/18/2018 New Card Is Being Produced
I also contacted congresswoman and ombudsman.

So to sum it up:
DON'T WAIT. Don't listen for their suggested waiting times and raise Expedites and SR as soon as you think it's taking too long and always ask to speak to L2 officer. Also just find a good reason why you need an expedite - mine was because I had medical bills to pay (from the ear infection) and job offer that i could not take. I was calling them every day - literally every day, that helps. .
