Hi I finally had my interview yesterday, my interview was about 35 minutes and I was approved on the spot, now I'm waiting to receive the card in the mail, hopefully soon! marriage based Tampa field office timeline:
PD: Oct 31 2018
Bio: Nov 21st 2018
Ready to schedule interview: March 14th 2019
Interview scheduled: March 21st 2019
Interview notice in the mail: March 25th 2019
Interview date: April 29 2019
New card is being produced update: April 29 2019
My interviewer was very professional and nice, After swearing us in he asked only for joint bank statements, utilities, and mortgage documents. He asked us a few basic questions like each others full names, date of birth, address, and if we met each others family, when and where we got married and yes/no question.
After that he told me I will receive my 2 year green card, I was so surprised and happy. He said I will most likely not receive my EAD since I am approved for the Green card. I will do one last update when I receive the card. Good luck to all of you on your journey.
