Case held for review
Hello, I'm new here, but I'd like to get some opinions from you.

Marriage based green card

Los Angeles Office
PD: 01/08/18
Biometrics: 02/20/18
Interview: 04/03/18

EAD combo card: 05/23018 (Approved long time after the interview)

Experience:
The interview was easy, but we got separated.
The IO called us. We got into her the office, gave her the id, swore, etc.
After that, she opened the application, and asked us:
- how we met
- what we do to have fun.
- Who does the laundry
-Who wake up first

After that, she asked for the joint documents. We gave her copies.
Then she look the photo album. Since I'm from another country and my wife is very shy, we don't have many people to hang out. Mostly of the pics was with my family and few friends. The IO asked why my wife don't have many friends.

Then, she asked the yes/no questions.
After that, she asked me to leave the room and interviewed my wife for 15 min.
Then she called me and and interviewed separated.
She asked me about that again. I confirm same history. Of course my wife did the same, since this is the truth.

At the end, she pic some pictures from the album, added to the process and told me she couldn't make a decision at that time and need to review. I asked her if we can give her any other information and she just said that need to review.
She gave me the letter of 120 days case held for review and I left.

It was a young IO (asian, around 35 years old) and she was nice all the time. Even though we got separated, The interview was fine. IT looked like she just went through all the steps of the process.

Now it is about 110 days after the interview and I don't have any information.
On my online USCIS page, the system can't find my i485. the I130 still shows we received your case and the i131 and i765 shows approved, after the interview.

My questions are:
I didn't get any RFE or letter after the interview. Do I have to worry about a second interview or a visit at my house?
Since my EAD card was approved after the interview, my green card likely will be approved?

Does someone have any experience similar to mine?

Thank you so much in advance
