Case is under review
My 130 was approved last year. Interview for I-485 was scheduled April 2020 which got cancelled due to Covid. My lawyer sent more evidence of my marriage but we have not heard anything back from them. We have not received any rescheduling for interview letter. So we made inquiry and got this response:
“While a decision has not yet been reached, the case is currently under review. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the case will be completed. If additional information is required notice will be sent via regular mail.”
What does this mean? Like can case go under review without interview?
