Hi all,
I'm a EB1 category applicant and applied for I795, 131 and 485 on 31st May; our case status shows 'case received on 31st May' but our receipt date is 8th June.
EB1 for India is not current for now and will again become current in October. Does anyone have any idea if my case will be processed now or i have to wait till status become current again.
Any suggestion will be helpful!
