Case processed based on priority date or receipt date
Hi all,
EB1 for India is not current since June 2017, but we applied for I485, 795 and 131 by 31st May. Any idea, will our case be processed now or we have to wait till the status become current, because our receipt date shows 8th June.
Please let us know, if anybody is in same situation; its been 57 days and we haven't received any biometrics call yet. Seriously worried!! :(
