Case Processing time deadline approaching
Hey All,
Hope u can advise.
We’ve been waiting for almost 15 months after applying for citizenship. Did the biometrics before 9 months ago then nothing. I can see others at the same USCIS office who applied 3-5 months after us getting naturalised while nothing happening to our case.
Today USCIS updated their case processing time, and our case will be out of the normal processing time in next 2 weeks. What is my best option going forward?
- Call a tier 2 officer? How helpful is this?
- Logging an online complaint
- Directly sue them? I think this option might push them to take action on my case?
I frankly don’t want to wait any longer.
