Hello,
I’ve submitted my MTR on March 12,2020 as my case was denied because the sponsor details were not correct.
Since a week later the lockdown happened I’ve not received the receipt notice.
Upon checking with my Lawer she said I can except a receipt notice this week as they started to function. On worst case we can submit service request if we don’t get receipt notice in 1 week.
My question is my Lawer said once my 485 case reopen I’ll receive the EAD as I’m done with fingerprints before. How long will it take then to reopen the case once the receipt notice is generated and once opened how soon can I except a EAD. Is there any timeframe?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
