Case Reopened For a Reconsideration
Hi Guys I need your help because I’m feeling very stressed now!
Today I received an updated on my USCIS Case tracker that said CASE IS REOPENED FOR RECONSIDERATION.
1-August 2020 I filled my i-130 and i-485 form
2-October 5th 2020 case received
3-January 8th 2021 Request for Initial Evidence (co-Sponsor support )
4-February 8th 2021 Fingerprint was Taken
5- February 9th Notice returned because the USPS could not delivered it ( I called the USCIS about that 2 week later they sent me an email to tell me that my case is still open and they don’t want anything from me at this time)
6- February 17th Response for The Initial Evidence received And USCIS has begun working in your case again
7- On March 16, 2021, we reopened your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC2190018020, and are reconsidering our earlier decision.
Can someone tell me about that if that happened to you please🙏
