Case Satatus Update
I just want to alert everyone here. The main website is not up to date.
I found out that my case is “Ready to be scheduled for an interview” since March and the main site still shows “Reaponse to USCIS request for evidence was received”... this status remains the same since October 2017.
I am so happy now and thankful for this forum because I just created an account at:
https://my.uscis.gov (where I saw the update).
www.uscis.gov (is the one not updated).
I know it has been already 6 months since the case is ready to be schedule for an interview and nothing else has happened yet but I now we see light at the end of the tunnel. 💡
My case is based on marriage.
My timeline:
- Package received on August 2017.
- Fingerprint fee was received August 2017.
- Request for initial evidence was mailed October 2017.
- Response to USCIS request for evidence was received October 2017.
- Got EAD on December 2017.
- Case is ready to schedule for an interview March 2018.
- Sent renewal of EAD Case was received on July 2018.
We are Dallas, TX filler and Boo is the USC.
