Hello folks,
I just chatted with an agent via Liva Emma to ask about the case status since it does not update whatsoever in all apps and myuscis accounts. The agent was useless. He only told me that my case is in process and there is no RFE. I also asked about my biometrics and he said my case is in process and disconnected; rude -_-.

Anyone has the same experience with case status showing case was received? comment below let's see how many of us in here. If someone received an interview and the case status still shows case was received please share your experience.
The last mail I received was my bio appointment. I didn't receive I-693 courtesy letter.
