Case Status: Does not recognize the receipt number
Hello,
When I check online Case Status: It says it does not recognize the receipt number.

1st Contacted the Customer service they said wait after 45 days.
2nd Called(after 45 days), Spoken with level 2 agent, the system is down, nothing they can do right now, but i can call them to find out the status instead online.
My question is will it ever updated online? anyone had similar experiences before? Please share!!
