Case status inquiry - Case is pending adjudecation
Good morning,
It's been more than a year since my husband and I had our AOS interview. I am adjusting from B1/B2, CR1.
Since than I've been inquiring about the case; they would either say the background checks are not completed, or that the case is still within normal processing times. On Tuesday I made an online inquiry, for both i485 and i130. This is what I get for the i130:
"Our records show that your form i-130 is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay".
What does this mean? I am usually an optimistic person, but their reply gives me cold feet vibes.
