case status problem
Hi guys. A have a problem. In 'egov.uscis.gov' website I can only see my 765 and 130 cases. But I cannot see 485 case. When I try to add, it shows this error: You are attempting to add a receipt number that does not exist in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.
But I can still see all of my cases in 'my.uscis.gov' website.
Anybody has same issue? Is it a problem?
