Hi Friends,
I am sharing my experience.I am looking for suggestions.
1) File sent march 2017
2) EAD received june 2017
3) changed address October 2017
4) submitted request for change of address in octomber
5) interview date received in Jan 2018(i dint not received any interview letter to my present address attorney said before 20 days before but i didn't attend interview.i was in hospital).interview was postponed.still uscis sent letter to my old address.
6) Interview letter received in Feb 2018.which i have supposed to receive in December but i received after interview date in feb 2018.because on the letter i saw my previous address.it was returned to my new address. after waiting few months ........
7)April 2018 again received interview but My attorney called me and said in may Month that your interview was scheduled in april and he was asking did you attend.i was really shocked and i dint received any letter and I told him i am not aware of it and i was thinking they might send again to my old address.
After April i was calling customer service but till to date i didn't get any proper notification from customer service.My attornet was saying they might reject case you need to re-file again from starting onwards.
8) raised service ticket in apri 2018 but i dont get any information till may.normally they take 30 days for responding service ticket.
9) created account in uscis in july month and i was tracking my case now i see we sent document in feb like that because they sent first interview letter in feb 2018.under my case i see same service ticket is assigned to officer.
On July 12, 2018, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SRxxxxxxxyyyyyzzzz, was assigned to an officer for response.
Please can you some one help me what shall i do.i.shall i Book appointment in field office and shall i tell my entire story what happened or shall i re apply or shall i meet congressman ?.
