Case Status Updates & Interview Time
Hey guys.
Our PD is 8/19/2016.
We submitted all the forms : I-485, I-130 (Concurrent filing), I-864 (affidavit of support), and I-693 (medical examination). We did not submit an I-765 because my spouse has DACA.
On the USCIS case status we just see "Fingerprints Fee Received" for the I-485. For the I-130 we just see "Case Received". However, my spouse has already had his biometrics appointment on 9/23/2016 but when we check online it still hasn't changed from the "Fingerprint Fee Received". I wanted to know if this was the case for everyone else or if we should expect to see a different case update by now?
We filed in Chicago. Anyone know how long it typically takes to get an interview, assuming all your paperwork is in order?
