12/20/2017 filed 130/485/765/131
12/27/2017 received notice by email
01/02/2018 got notice by regular mail
01/10/2018 called to report an error in the spelling of my name, they somehow reversed the order so it said middlename, firstname, lastname. I checked forms and i did it correct..
02/16/2018 my SR about this incorrect spelling was assigned and completed, they mailed me (dont know contents yet)
thing is though, now it says:
On February 16, 2018, we updated your name for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
Last status change was 02/16/2018
Does this affect the processing time? my expedition or other requests in the past never lead to an update of the status.
current l1 visa expires in april so i mean the clock's ticking..
