Hi all i just found some info that would be useful for people's cases that are stuck on case received, this site provides up to date info on your case as opposed to the case status site which takes a while to update, e.g i did my biometrics in September and on the case status it has been stuck on case received i logged into this site that i will share as it showed that my finger print was completed. Hope this helps, also to those of you that are anxious about when you will receive mail from Uscis, sign up online or at the post office for informed mail delivery so you can know what mail you will be getting prior to checking the mailbox.
