Changed Nationality
Hi Everyone,

Interview is scheduled for my spouse on the 29th of June for Marriage-Based GC. I am a USC. Everything the proves marriage is bona-fide and legitimate. That being said, my wife changed her nationality last year from a citizen of India to a citizen of Australia, since India does not allow dual-citizenship. I applied for the AOS while she was a citizen of India. Her Indian passport cancelled but it with us and has the visa pages in it, which are still valid.

My question is will the Officer at the USCIS office deny the petition or will they approve it?

Thanks.
