i just wanted to share my experience so far. this is same sex marriage (married to USC)
PD: December 28 ,2016
BIO appointment notice : January 27 , 2017
BIO done: February 8
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview: it changed twice, first it said: As of FEBRUARY 17, 2017 , we are ready to schedule your form I-485 (we will schedule your interview and send you a notice)
but now it says : As of March 9, 2017.....
Is that normal ?
i hope i can hear from EAD card soon.
i would like to hear from others Charleston filers, i would like to know their experiences
