I was wondering if anyone is running with the same issue I am.
Married to a USC, I sent my case on March 31, they received the package April 2. On May 1st I received my package back along with a request of the "public charge form" I didn't submit the first time. On May 18 I sent the package with all the forms and necessary checks (1225+535) to the Chicago lockbox. They received my package on May 21st. As of right now they haven't cashed the checks nor have I received any notice of receipt. I am in Texas, but when they sent the package back it told me to submit my documents to the Chicago lockbox. How long should I continue to wait?
