My AoS package has been at the Chicago Post Office since yesterday morning and today I called to see why it wasn’t delivered yesterday how it was supposed to and the rep told me that USCIS comes to pick up the mail from the Post Office, and that’s when the tracking will be marked as Delivered. Is that how it works? Does that mean that USCIS didn’t pick up the mail yesterday?
