CKGS shipping label not generated
I am in the process of applying for passport renewal as SF consulate. Filled out application on CKGS site and opted for CKGS shipping with payment mode as cashiers check since online payment not available. Then filled out NRI passport form and came back to CKGS site.
It took me to a page to generate the Fedex shipping label. However, when I clicked on the link to generate the label , shipping label was not generated. Went to My account page and tried downloading but it doesnt download/generate the shipping label. Also the AWB number is blank. Does anyone have similar experience/ suggestions on what to do ? I emailed CKGS but no response so far.
Interestingly, MyAccount Page displays tracking info and says "Ship the Incomplete documents along with the Money Order/ Bankers Cheque/ Cashiers Cheque (if applicable) to your Visa Application Center", Although I completed all parts of the application including NRI passport form.
