2. I131 approval notice

Or do you guys recieved something else like:
4. A copy to CBP officer
5. A copy to transportation
I am very confused because I only received 1,2,3 yet other people talk about 4.5 (I am not sure if they applied EAD and AP after USCIS approved one another.)
Any sharing would be appreciated
