thanks for offering help here. i am new to this forum
i have a quick question to ask and i need help
we have been married and currently undergoing an AOS process, all documents submitted.
however, myself and my spouse moved to a new apartment where we both rented but the former apartment where my wife was living before we moved we had to give it to her sister to stay there because her sister does not have a good rental history to rent an apartment, so the electric is in my wifes name but we dont stay there anymore only visits her sister once in a while
however, that address was stated in the USCIS form as part of where she stated
My question is that, will the USCIS not find out that her name appears on 2 leases, first is her previous apartment that she gave to her sister, and second on the new apartment we live now. The new apartment is the address we use on the USCIS file
Our new address lease has our both names, and all utilities bears our joint names.
