I need some advice please.
Firstly everyone talks about PD after they submitted...what is PD? Was I supposed to get a letter with a PD listed? What does PD stand for?
I came in on a K-1, got married and sent in my AOS package April 11.
Biometrics were done May 22.
It indicates online an RFE was sent but I never got it, I waited until the date specified which was July 9th.. Nothing.
I ended up switching addresses, and reapplying for it to be sent. I got a letter that the address was switched but still no RFE
Its July 24 and I have no update on EAD. Was there something I missed? I see some people have shorter timelines who have gotten their EAD already. I'm very concerned now. Should I be?
