Confused
so the congressman forwarded me a letter he received from the uscis and it states that when an RFE is issued for 485 the processing times start over- wtf does that mean, they’re gonna treat me as a December case now?!?!?!
Also, they said additional evidence for my expedite is “outdated” and needs to be resent. My expedite was approved on December 3rd I am so freaking confused and furious. If it has been approved how is the evidence outdated🤬
