Hello all,
I kind of confused I talked to an officer/agent through Emma just to check on a service request I had placed in December and told me that it’s still in process but also said that my case is over time frame and was going to go ahead and place a service request for the over time frame, does anyone know what does that mean I know my case in my FO processing time is range from 10.5 to 19.5 ..
Any ideas what this time frame they talking about means?
