Adjustment of Status - I-485

Good afternoon all
I have been a silent reader for a while am in of your help

Last year in may i apply i 485 through my spouse it was denied because he is LPR(has green card) and i overstayed my time in the us even a visa number was immediately available to me
(my cousin was in the exact same thing and got approved even naturalized before her husband)

After i received the denial letter few month later my son became a us citizen and turned 21 he now petitioned for me what are my chances i never recieve an NTA or nothing after the denial letter

Package mailed 31st may
priority date june 5
Finger print fee accepted june 22
biometrics done july 20th

Am waiting now what r my chances please help me under
