Confusing
Hey every body I was in so much trouble I was married 14 November with my wife which is 12 year older then me. But my lawyers said u fine but after that wife got in trouble dui suspension license And got pull over by cops and get house arrested for 60 days and license suspended for another 1 year I have lots of question in my mind but still confusing what I have to do should I apply for adjustment of status or not? should I wait for 1 year ?bcz she not gonna stop driving I can’t work she have to take care home . What if I apply and my interview come and she might be in jail if someone pull over her again what is impact on me or they consider criminal history of American born citizen.i really need advice thanks for everything
