Hope everyone is doing well!
Is there any CT filers in this forum?? Please post timeline..
Here is my Timeline.
-May 23rd 2018–Filed (130, 485, 765) without lawyer In California
- June 2018–Fingerprints
-June 14 2018– I-485 RFIE letter received
-June 29 2018– I-485 RFIE was received by USCIS
-October 22 2018– I-485 RFIE #2 received
-October 30 2018– I-485 RFIE #2 Received by USCIS
-January 16 2019– requested to change my address due to us moving to Connecticut.
-January 29 2019– I485 & I-765 was denied
- June 21 2019– re-filed (485, 765 and we filed 601 with our lawyer due to the first 485 was denied because of sponsor and we also needed to file 601 but we didn’t at first.
-July 23 2019– Fingerprints done
-July 24 2019– fingerprints review completed
-July 24 2019– received letter of 130 denial due to not showing to interview which it was scheduled in Los Angeles CA field office but we had already moved months before to Connecticut and we had already changed our address.
-August 13 2019– my lawyer filed I-290B because our I-130 was denied.
Since August we haven’t hear anything from USCIS.
Please if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask me I will answer you to the best of my ability!
