Hey, Hope someone can give me some advice. We submitted out AOS in October, EB3 ROW and still waiting on receipt notice, we are trying to call USCIS as I have read in some places some agents have been able to provide the number over the phone; however, the telephone number for their customer service doesn't allow you to talk to anyone, and doesn't let you press any number options either. .....has anyone had any luck or suggestions or a different number?
