Contacting Tier 2 ... Thoughts?
Bit of background: AOS case, based on marriage, C09 category. Prior to application was living and working on H1B visa for two years.

Package including i-130,485,765 sent in. PD September 13th 2019. Fingerprints sometime in October, applied to 765 within a few days. End of October RFIE for 485 was recieved, replied and received back by USCIS on November 29th 2019.

Since then nothing. 97 days since reply to RFIE.

Around day 85 spoke with agent on Emma, service request opened regarding no reply back from USCIS within 60 days of sending reply to RFE. Spoke with member of Congress the same day, privacy form filled and they are looking into it (request sent by them also). So its been about 10 days since formally inquiring about the RFE and USCIS reply time.

I was wondering, what else can I do from here? Any thoughts why it is taking long in general? I am considering trying to speak with a Tier 2 officer to ask - I have read that allegedly the responses can go one of two ways: sometimes they are not always the most friendly let alone helpful and sometimes they can give you a little insight like, they are working on it, its on a desk somewhere, you will hear something in x amount of days, target date, etc...

Attorney giving me the run around about doing it so sort of taking things into my own hands here. Any thoughts guys? Any success stories? Should I wait for an extra few days till my service request with USCIS matures at the 30 day mark?

Otherwise I am considering expediting based on financial loss for company at this point because I do have an offer ready (thankfully they have been patient all this time with me)
