In contents to answer of my spouse the lady IO started the second round of questions to me straight YES and NO from I485 and I130 and the question were..
When last time you came to US
Date month year, where was your entry port.
What is my ex wife's name
When year you were divorced

Then...
She asked me to show her our all relevant documents
In that I show her our current IRS filing
Our Utility Bills
Bank account
She then turn the questions and ask me
Have you ever break Visa regulations
I said yes
I jumped and over stayed.
She smile!
Then she asked me
Have you worked in US without authorization
I said yes, she asked me why
I answer because I cannot beg and for my survival
She again smile and said she pardon me
She then gave me a white paper to sign and said this is pardon confirmation you sign it.
After that she said....congratulations I approved your case and you will receive your 10 years Green card.
