Reading all other comments, I wonder if I will ever get refunded. I have a claim pending with CORIS since May 2005. Have called them multiple times. They keep changing their response. They have gome from saying that they have all documents and will have a decision in 1 week to they are missing a copy of policy and all other bad excuses.
I also have a record of all phone calls I have made.
Count me in if anyone is planning to take action.
