Coris problems
Mr.Khatri
My father in law had a seizure(was in hospital for 15 days) when he visited and now he has recovered and back in India. Coris calls it pre-existing condition since he had a sroke a year before his visit. Now it is huge amount and both him and us here cannot afford it. Are we liable to pay ? What kind of problems would we face? The bills keep coming to us and they say since we are the contact here they will not send letters directly to him in India. Will we have legal problems? Is there any way out of this? Will my f-i-l be able to visit this country again(he has 10yr visa)? Is there anyone whom we can contact to help us? The doctor's office suggested we not involve in this directly b'coz of liability and ask the patient to handle it from India. Is that true? Please advice us.
