Hey guys
I applied for AOS through marriage with all forms in November 2019.
My PD is Dec 4th.
Since then I've only received a RFIE and the courtesy letter for my medical. They already acknowledged that they received my response to the RFIE but I still haven't received anything for my biometrics appointment.
Ive read online that they may already have my fingerprints in the system, thats why I didn't get an appointment. I called Tier 1 officer and told me he didn't see any appointments in the system and that it may be possible that they have my fingerprints.
I'm not sure if my case is moving forward because I see many others here that have a PD like mine or later that already did they biometrics.
Do you guys think my case is moving forward since ive been getting RFIE and courtesy letter?
