Hi Guys!
I have a few questions concerning the I-130. I have not done the application but I am thinking about doing so but before I do I am trying to make sure I understand how the I-130 works. If you guys can please help me to understand the process by answering my questions I would really appreciate it.
I am planning on getting married to my fiance who lives in Trinidad and Tobago. We were looking to do the K1 visa but we want to look at all our options so I guess what I am trying to ask is, can my fiance come here on his visitors Visa and we get married here and file the I-130 here? If so, how would it work? Would he get a work permit while he waits?
Can you guys please share your experience with me?! I am really confused and I am trying to figure this thing out.
