Marriage Based Green card-Husband is USC-Same Sex Couple
PD-9/12/16
RFE-10/13/16-Needed a co-sponsor
Biometrics-10/14/16
USCIS received our response to RFE-10/28/16
11/15/16-Work Permit Approved (Advance Parole is still pending since 9/12/16)
11/26/16-Recieved my work permit ( I have applied and recieved my ssn & ID)
Tracker for I-485 has not moved :/
I thought I would of gotten my combo card but its only work permit, no advance parole :/
Thoughts?
