Dear all,
Thanks everybody for your sharing experiences and spirit, See below my status until now .. I arrived on a K1 visa and got married a USC.
1) I-485 form sent to USCIS - May 27th 2016
2) Received NOA - June 2nd 2016
3) Biometric notice received on June 6th with schedule date June 29th.
4) Applied for I-765 form for EAD card - June 17th
5) Received NOA - June 22nd
6) Biometric completed on 29th June 2016.
7) July 12th 1st RFE related with missing I-864 form and complete Tax return forms, Sent the requested details but we missed Form 1040 !.
8) July 26th 2nd RFE due to missing tax Form 1040 for 2015. Sent requested form via USPS express mail and delivered on August 1st.
I-485 Online receipt updated with confirmation that they received the RFE on August 2nd.
And
I-765 i filled initially with wrong category ( A6 instead of C9),corrected yesterday with the help of a officer during the expedite request for my EAD card due to a job offer starting from August 15th.
Not sure what next ,crossing my fingers and so far no email received for my expedite request evidence.
