December waiting,
Hi everyone!
I'm just wondering how long most of you waited from "Interview was schedueled" to actually get the mail in the mailbox? Can you call the office just to get the date? We have stuff happening in november/december.
And - how long after the schedueling is it til you actually have the interview? A month? Two?
Been waiting since december and haven't got a work permit or anything. Now I'm just hoping I'm actually getting the green card instead. Don't wanna get my hopes up, but still.
Timeline;
PD december 31 (marriage based, NBC/Phoenix 1-130, 1-765, 1-485)
Biometrics February 14
First SR raised for I-765 july 31 (never heard anything)
Second SR raised for I-765 september 3
Response to 2nd SR was they had to wait for RFE response
RFE I-485 september 13
RFE response received september 25
Case ready to be scheduled / Interview was scheduled october 10
