Hello,
I applied for AP for a study abroad program as a DACA recipient. I also requested for the case to be expedited, but was denied, because "Although your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence to support an extreme emergent need..." However, I did provide them with the receipt for the program as "Severe financial loss to company or individual". Anyways, it means that my case is still pending.
However, the program already started and ends early August. Does this mean that my case will be denied entirely??
