Denial update
I’m confused. I was previously married in my home country and I submitted my divorce papers. I was divorced by default because I wasn’t there during the divorce or had no contact with my ex husband at the time.

Long story short,( you can follow my story) they requested additional evidence regarding my divorce because there was a grammatical error on the divorce decree. I contacted my ex and explain the problem I was having with the document. He reached out to the lawyer that handled the divorce and he said he can get it fixed through the court. I was given a certified copy with the correction, stamped and sealed by the court.

USCIS is now saying they don’t believe that my marriage was terminated. I don’t know what else to give them? I have 30 days to appeal or leave!

They also don’t believe my spouse and I lived together after giving tons of evidence, they said it’s not enough. I shared the list of what was submitted in prior posts. Please help!
