Denied I-485
Hello, please would like to know if anyone has had a denied I-485 based on denied medical.(l-693) and any other advise I can get would be appreciated

Am married to a USC and my Adjustment is based on marriage for myself and two kids.
Our PD date is dec 2016 and I submitted form l-693 with my initial application. I had my interview in December 2017 and got approval letter for form l-130 which was filled concurrently .(approval in January 2018, )on the same date RFE for medical was sent for a decision to be made on my I-485. Which was submitted within a week as I had it already before the interview but the officer said she did not need it (note that the second medical was done a week before my interview in December 2017)
I received another RFE for medical first week of may and it stated that I submitted an invalid I-693 as the doctor that signed the form was reported deceased as of April 2017 (which I thought the Uscis must be mistaken). I went back to the hospital where I had the test with my kids only to be told they are sorry and would refund my money or give me a new result as the doctor they had actually died in April 2017 but they were advised by USCIS that the acting doctor could sign as the deceased doctor! (He actually signed the deceased doctors name) The acting doctor is now approved by Uscis so they can issue a new result.
I received the new RFE for only myself and one of my kids first week of may and I received an update in the old Case status on Uscis website yesterday that the second child’s I-485 application was denied. I have not received the letter and I checked the new Uscis website and the status is not updated there so I called customer service and requested for T2 Officer and I was told they don’t see any update on their end that the child was denied but he advised that if I receive a letter I should file a motion to reopen within 30days but he said it was strange that they would deny the child.
I am confused as to why mine and one child would not be denied and the second child would be denied. I am thinking of sueing the hospital as this is going to cost me time and money and they just played with my life& that of my kids.

Is there a possibility that it was a wrong update ?since it was updated on the old case status site and T2 didn’t see the update!
