Got Permanent Resident through Asylum and Filed after the 5years for N400

02/19/2021 Biometric Reuse
Things are taking longer than expected but its starting to get on me and am panicking for nothing am sure
I do not have any record of any sort but still worried because its been 20 months.
I filed the form out of processing time last week and yesterday 01/25/20 they wrote me back and stated:
""Your A- File is located at a Federal Record Centre (FRC) we have requested your file but unfortunately due to Covid all FRC locations
are currently close and only open for emergency request. Without this we are unable to provide a time frame to when your interview will
be schedule"""
Please help on the way forward, is there anyone I can write?? or I just continue with my patience
