Pd March 13th, 2019.
I received my interview letter on May31st, 2019 and my interview is on July 02nd, 2019. I have concurrently applied for I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131 and is marriage based. I am currently on H1-b and I am currently working. The interview letter states that among other documents, I should get my I-864(Affidavit of support) document to the interview if already not submitted. As per my understanding we should file the affidavit of support only if I the beneficiary or the petitioner is not working. So is it just a generic thing they ask to bring to the interview or is it really required? All the help is really appreciated.
