Hi, I came to this country on Nov 2016 thru a K1 visa, my then fiance had her mom as a sponsor. We got married on Dec and applied adjustment of status on Jan. Unfortunately, he had a fall out with his family and we don't have a co-sponsor now. He couldn't do it either because he hasnt worked for 13 years. USCIS is giving us 78 days to comply the required "Initial Evidence" namely the affidavit of support. We are screwed since nobody would help. Technically I am an illegal alien now, what are the options for me? Do I need to go back to my country, honestly that's the only option I see right now. I hope someone could help. I am just confused.
